Vision Integration Technologies, Inc., on behalf of its holding company and its affiliates (hereby referred to as “VIT”, or "us" and/or "our") provides its privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to inform you of our procedures and policies regarding the processing of your information, as well as your rights and choices about such use and disclosure. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms used herein have the same meanings as in our terms of service.

1. Collection and processing of data
   
   When you are visiting our website, VIT shall only collect, if you accept, cookies and data analytics, which are helpful for us to provide you with the content in your language, according to your interests and visiting region, as well as to review the performance of our marketing campaigns.
   
   This data analytics comes from your IP address, operating system information, browsing specifics, device details and language settings.
   
   When you download or request certain material from VIT's website, we will ask you to provide specific data, which will be securely stored and processed.
   
   In order to complete your request to download our information or to contact us, VIT may ask you to provide the following information (and not limited to): full name, company email, phone number(s), company (employer), job title / job position, employer’s address, company site page, number of employees, country, city, zip code, list of services and solutions of your interest and social media account names (“Personal Information”).
   
   Be aware that VIT’s websites and blogs use cookies and similar technologies to provide you with a better experience and for analytical purposes. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for further information. If you enter the website with your LinkedIn account, you may also provide, without limitation, your profile photo and your public profile site, information about your number of connections, number of recommendations, resume, interests and messaging accounts. Therefore, please be sure to give your explicit conscent.

1. Use of Personal Information
   
   VIT may use your Personal Information in the following activities:
   • To get in touch to answer any requests or inquires you submit on our website;
   • To send marketing materials related to our services and solutions, according to your interests;
   • To conduct customer satisfaction surveys;
   • To administer comments and/or request on our blogs, of which you may take part;
   • To develop marketing campaigns;
   • For recruitment purposes; and
   • To compile aggregate statistics.
   
   VIT uses, if you accepted, cookies of your non-personal information to measure the number of visits on our sites, average amount of time spent, pages viewed and similar information, and to improve the material as well as to ensure its safety and security.
   
   VIT does not sell, rent, assign, transfer or otherwise provide your Personal Information to third parties without your prior written express consent, except where it (i) is generally known to the public at the time of disclosure or becomes generally known through no wrongful act on the part of VIT; (ii) is in VIT’s possession at the time of the disclosure otherwise resulting in VIT’s breach of any legal obligation; (iii) becomes known to VIT through disclosure by sources other than the disclosing party, with the legal right to disclose such Personal Information; (iv) is required to be disclosed by VIT to comply with the applicable laws or governmental regulations.

1. How long do we keep your Personal Information?
   
   If you’re a current client, VIT will keep and protect your Personal Information as provided in the corresponding agreement. The confidentiality duties established in the contract shall remain enforceable during the term of the business relationships of the parties and after the date that they cease to be engaged in any business relationship as stated in the governing agreement.

1. Sharing your Personal Information
   
   VIT may share your personal data with its affiliates and subsidiaries as well as transfer it to other countries in the world where VIT has data centers or otherwise does business.
   
   VIT may rely on third-party suppliers and partners to execute the purposes indicated above; therefore, when VIT does rely on such third parties, VIT will ensure that they provide an adequate level of protection to the Personal Information they may process on our behalf. Furthermore, when such third parties are located outside of the European Union, VIT will ensure that they enter into the European Model Clauses as adopted by the European Commission in addition to complying with VIT’s existing confidentiality agreements.

1. Data security and integrity
   
   Personal information, that you may provide, will be secured in accordance with the industry and technology standards. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the internet is not a 100% secure environment. Therefore, VIT cannot ensure that internet transmissions are completely private or secure and you understand that any message or information you send to VIT may be read or intercepted by others, even if information is encrypted.

1. Your rights
   
   At any time, you have the right to access and request a copy of your Personal Information; request that your Personal Information may be rectified and revoked; and limit its use or disclosure.
   
   You may do so by:

1. General Provisions
   
   VIT holds the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, and VIT shall publish it through its website: www.visionit.com. In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”), VIT ensures its compliance with the GDPR.
   
   By providing your information you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein; therefore, if you wish that VIT does not collect your personal information, please refrain from providing it.
