Deborah Dean serves as Vice President of Business Solutions for VisionIT.
As Vice President, Dean manages all VisionIT staffing engagements, while overseeing the development of new business solutions for its customer base.
With more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and a keen understanding of the U.S. workforce and the issues that drive performance, Dean brings significant skill to VisionIT’s staffing and business solutions. Her expertise incorporates a unique understanding of supply chain logistics in the recruiting and staffing environment, as well as the distinct requirements of Fortune 500 companies. Dean’s diverse background also includes significant global experience, supporting international assignments for clients in Canada, Mexico, the U.K., France, Holland, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining VisionIT, Dean served as senior vice president of strategic accounts for Spherion Corporation, responsible for sales and service excellence for approximately 60 of Spherion’s largest account relationships. Dean also formerly served as vice president for Spring Group’s global sales and strategic marketing efforts and was responsible for the launch of the company’s vendor management solution. Previous leadership positions also include vice president of sales for TRS Staffing Solutions and director of new business development for GRI PeopleNet, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company.
Dean is an active member of Supply Chain Leaders in Action, an exclusive think tank on supply chain & logistics made up of major corporations who contribute 1.5 trillion collectively to the economy. Dean earned her bachelor’s degree from Alma College in Alma, Michigan.
